A few weeks back, I shared with you a master bedroom for one of our Design Online projects. After a short couple of weeks, the package is on its way to the homeowners in Mobile, Alabama. We have loved helping them pull together a bedroom that is custom to them and their needs.
Our Design Online service is perfect for those who want a packaged plan for a room-everything from the layout to the paint color to the fabrics to the exact pieces of furniture- but want to order and install themselves according to their timeline and budget.
For this particular project, our clients wanted a soft, soothing bedroom created from natural textures and earth-toned fabrics. We added fabric across two of the walls in the room to give another texture and to create a cozy space. We completely rearranged the furniture from how she had it to begin, and the result gave the space a more open flow.
In her package, we included printed copies of the floor plan, elevations, spec sheets of the products we list with where and how to buy, samples of the fabrics and work orders for anything custom. The spec sheets and work orders give very detailed directions so ordering is easy and stress-free!
The finished plan is delivered right to the door step. Could designing a room in your home be any easier?!
We also include a ‘mood board’ showing you an image of all of the pieces we have pulled for the space, giving you a better idea of what the overall look of the room is going to be. Each piece of furniture for your floor plan is coded so you know exactly where each piece is placed in the room.
This has been such a fun process and is a great way for someone to have a room with our look, all while doing it on their own time and in their budget.
